ORDER

The petitioner has been transferred only to a short distance of 20 kilometres. Taking advantage of her son's mental retardation (50% disability), she has wrongly approached this Court thinking that the transfer effected to a short distance of 20 kilometres would be interfered with. This Court does not find merits whatsoever in the writ petition, except the averment that the petitioner's son is mentally retarded to the extent of 50% disability. When the petitioner herself has admitted that the distance is only 20 kilometres, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. is dismissed. Consequently, W.M.P.No.15196 of 2017 is also dismissed. No costs.
