Presuming petitioner application No.2025/0105/05/381462 dated 28.11.2025 and in the

event of interferences of strangers to avoid law and order issue and direct the respondent 6 and 7 assist in the problem against the respondent 8 to 11 to pass orders.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 28.11.2025, with the assistance of the 7th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 28.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for for R1 to R5 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 6 and 7.

Since no adverse orders are being passed against the respondents 8 to 11, notice to them are dispensed with.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3rd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the respondent 8 to 11 and from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 3rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 8 to 11 and the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 3rd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the 3rd respondent, the 7th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.

(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
