ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the anticipatory condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3736 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 that Page No.1 of 4

directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3736 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 is relaxed.
