ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 4 th respondent to register the sale deed dated 06.03.2025 and release the document to the petitioner.

Heard Mr.M.Elumalai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

In the considered view of this Court, when the sale deed is presented for registration before the 4 th respondent, the 4 th respondent has to either register the same if it is otherwise in order or in the alternative issue a refusal check slip so that the petitioner can challenge the same. The 4 th respondent cannot be indecisive.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that the 4 th respondent will act upon the sale deed presented for registration within a period of one week from today. 5.
In the light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to present the document immediately before the 4 th respondent to enable the 4 th respondent to take a decision.
