ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2025.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the material records of the case, the grievance of the petitioner is that when an application was filed by a third party to recognize himself as the hereditary trustee in M.P.No.4 of 2024, the petitioner being interested in the matter, filed an impleading application. However, the same has been kept pending and not dealt with by the respondents.
3. In view of the innocuous prayer made in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms: (i) The second respondent shall take up the impleading application filed by the petitioner and if the impleading petition is found to be in order and acceptable, after hearing both sides, can order the impleading application and implead the petitioner. If the second respondent finds otherwise, a speaking 2/4
order has to be passed.
(ii) The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy. No costs.
