Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for writ of declaration mandamus to declare the process of selection of candidates for the post of Superintendent and Assistant pursuant to the Notification / Advertisement No. 434 and 435 dated 26.4.2015 respectively and consequentially direct the respondent as illegal, null and void and to select the candidates by conducting fresh examinations for the said post for General Turn and B.C categories by calling the petitioners also to attend the same. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Rajavel in both the Petition For Respondent : Mr.V.Gangadharan in both the petition ********************

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent University submitted that as the educational certificates viz. Diploma in Computer Application, produced by the petitioners were not issued by a recognised Institution, the petitioners were not called for interview. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent University, the Writ Petitions are closed.
