O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner representative letter dated 12.04.2021 in accordance with law and further directing first to second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner property in old Nanjai Survey No.16/1, New Survey No.16/1A1A the total extend is 0.88 cent, another Old Nanjai Survey no.16/2, new Survey No.16/2A, the total extend is 20 cents in Nandhivaram Village, Chengelpet Taluk, Chengelpattu.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that through his Power Agent he sent a representation dated 10.04.2021, to the first and second respondents and the same was received by them on 12.04.2021. No action has been taken, despite cognizable offence is made out on the complaint of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that no such complaint has been received by the respondents. He further submitted that if fresh complaint is lodged, the same would be enquired and disposed of by the respondents in accordance with law.

4.In view of the same the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 10.04.2021, to the second respondent police, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and disposed of the petition as early as possible.

5.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
