When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report dated 15.07.2024, stating that vehicle in question has been seized and handed over to the applicant herein. It is further stated that since the vehicle in question was not in possession of the Respondent, with great difficulty he travelled around 80 km and seized the vehicle and therefore requested this Court to order additional remuneration of Rs.30,000/- .

2. Considering the sincere efforts taken by the learned Advocate Commissioner in seizing and handing over the vehicle to the applicant, this Court directs the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration on or before 01.08.2024.

3. Accordingly, this application stands closed.
