ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to permit the petitioner to raise additional grounds in support of the proposed amendment to the prayer in the writ petition.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsels for respondents do not have any serious objection to the same.
