This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the Respondents to issue the Provisional Certificate to the petitioner for having duly passed the B.Com., Degree Course. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respondents handed over the original provisional certificate to the petitioner.

3.This Court is of the opinion that since the relief sought for by the petitioner has been granted by the respondents, no further order is required in this writ petition, except recording the same.
