ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to quash the Proceedings of the 1st respondent in his office Ref: Mu.Mu.1913/2022/D, dated 27.02.2023 and direct the 1st respondent to consider the earlier report of the 2nd respondent Tahsildar, dated 18.10.2021 and issue Destitute Widow Certificate to the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, the requisite certificate viz., Destitute widow certificate was issued to the petitioner by the 1st respondent on 21.04.2023 and no further adjudication is required in this matter. A copy of the said certificate has also been placed before this Court.
