This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the 2nd respondent for violating the orders of this Court in W.P.No. 26035 of 2021 dated 22.02.2024. 2.Tmt.E.Sundaravali, I.A.S., Director of Collegiate Education/2nd respondent herein is present before this Court today. 3.The learned Additional Advocate General submitted that in the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.3634 of 2025 filed challenging the orders passed in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.26035 of 2021, the following order has been passed on 02.12.2025:- "Since it is ascertained by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant that, one of the selectees, that is Tmt.P.

Poongodi, has joined in the Government Arts and Science College at Kadaiyanallur, as has been stated by the Principal of the said College as to that extent written note of the Principal of the said College since has been filed before this Court, a copy of which shall be served to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/writ petitioner, who, on receipt of the same, shall verify and it is open to him to file a reply or response to the said claim made by the appellant side.

2.Two weeks' time is granted for such compliance. Post the matter after two weeks. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken. The Principal of the Government Arts and Science College at Kadaiyanallur shall file an affidavit to that effect before this Court during the next hearing date." 4.In view of the same, further action in this Contempt Petition is dropped.
