O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Perused the records. This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the 15th defendant seeking for a direction to the Sub Court, Perundurai to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible.
2. The respondent/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.26 of 2016 seeking relief for declaration and for perpetual injunction. As seen from the copy of proceedings filed by the petitioner, on account of death of one of the defendants, the matter is posted from time to time for taking steps and ultimately steps appears to have been taken on 27.07.2022, written statement was filed. It appears that still the matter is not riped for trial as issues has not been settled.
3. Considering the nature of the proceedings, the stage of the case and the submissions made by the counsel for the 15th defendant, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Judge to 2/4
expedite and complete the proceedings in respect of all the pleadings and frame the issues and complete the trial possibly not later than 10 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
