[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the son of the detenu, Ganesan S/o.Somasundaram, who has been branded as 'Drug Offender' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent passed in No.270/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 27.04.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the father of the petitioner in No.270/BCDFGISSSV/2018 dated 27.04.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2403, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 11.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
