This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.10 of 2022 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 294(b), 353 and 506(2) of IPC as against the petitioners. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police, final report was filed in CC.No.81 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate, Udhagamandalam. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
