demarcate the boundaries and issue a computerised Patta / Chitta in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Nagamarai Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, comprised in Survey No. 452/33, measuring an extent of 0.01.00 Hectares to based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025. This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his on-line application, dated 06.11.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid petitioner's on-line application has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 3 and 4 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, which the petitioner claims that it is owned by him, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit
and thereafter, issue a separate patta to the petitioner, if he is entitled to be issued, in his name for the subject properties.

Accordingly, this Court directs the respondents 3 and 4 to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application, dated 06.11.2023, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the respondents 3 and 4 deems it fit to enquire. Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the 3rd respondent shall issue a separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The respondents are directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
