On 01.02.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision and also made endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, the criminal revision has been dismissed as withdrawn on 01.02.2021, with a direction to the respondent Police to comply with the order of this Court dated 07.01.2021 and posted the matter today i.e., 02.02.2021 'for compliance'. 2.Today, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the order of this Court dated 07.01.2021 is complied with.

3.Since the order of this Court dated 07.01.2021 is complied with, no further order is required.
