Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders in pursuance of orders of 2nd respondent Rc.No.J3/6254/2013 dated 17.04.2014 confirming the physical possession of the property comprised in Survey NO.151/1B, Ramapuram village, Madhuravoyal Taluk, Tiruvellore District measuring an extent of 1 acre in Madhuravoyal Taluk, Tiruvellore District and accordingly direct the 4th respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the said property.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedies before the appropriate forum. No costs.
