No.75 AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 25.07.2012 to the Petitioner by treating the post of Hostel Warden under the Bakcward Class Welfare Department and the Secondary Grade Teacher in the AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare Department on the one and the same grade and to pass orders fixing the Selection Grade and Special Grade scale of pay in the post of Primary School Headmaster including the Revision of Pension and Payment of arrears For petitioners :: Mr. P. ORDER

The petitioners have come up with this writ petition praying for a writ of mandamus writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders implementing and extending the G.O.(Rt.) No.75 Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 25.07.2012 to the Petitioner by treating the post of Hostel Warden under the Backward Class Welfare Department and the Secondary Grade Teacher in the AdiDravidar and Tribal Welfare Department on the one and the same grade https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and to pass orders fixing the Selection Grade and Special Grade scale of pay in the post of Primary School Headmaster including the Revision of Pension and Payment of arrears.

In view of the narrow prayer made during the hearing of the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12-02-2015, relating to the grant of Selection Grade and Special Grade for the post of Primary School Headmaster including the Revision of Pension and Payment of arrears as per G.O. (Rt.) No.75 Adi-Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department dated 25.07.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.

No costs. The connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
