Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit itself is withdrawn by the petitioner by way of filing a memo dated 26.02.2020. Therefore he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition has now become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
