By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims to be the President of Festival Committee relating to Sri Arukattuamman Temple at Pallakadu, Kengalvalli Taluk, Salem District, and he submitted an application dated 19.6.2015, to the second respondent praying for necessary permission to conduct cultural events on 29.6.2015, in connection with the above said temple festival, and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application/representation, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.6.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 28.6.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
