2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the petitioner is an accused in Crime.No.114 of 2017 on the file of the M-6, Manali Police Station, Chennai.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands Dismissed.
