O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the complaint in Crime No.227 of 2018, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The second respondent lodged a complaint and thereafter, filed Crl.O.P.No.5032 of 2018 for a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. Pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.5032 of 2018, the respondent police have registered the present FIR in Crime No.227 of 2018 on 14.03.2018 under Sections 447, 323, 506(i) and 341 of IPC against the accused herein, challenging which, the accused are before this Court.

3. Heard Mr.T.Sai Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent.
4. On a reading of the FIR, it is apparent that the dispute is between brothers with regard to the administration of a trust, which runs, a Matriculation School. In this connection, a suit in O.S.No.52 of 2017 filed by the de facto complaint against the accused was dismissed by the Additional District Munsif Judge No.III, Coimbatore. The allegation appears to be civil in nature. However, this Court does not want to interfere at the threshold, since FIR has been registered on the direction of this Court.
5. Hence, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.227 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a closure report or final report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
