This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to register a FIR based on the petitioner's complainant dated 27.03.2020.

2. Heard B.Nambiselvan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Karthikeyan learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that a complaint was lodged by the petitioner dated 31.03.2020. Thereafter, the same was enquired in CSR No.72of 2020 and closed for the reason that the petitioner and the defacto complaint did not co-operate with the enquiry. Therefore this Court finds no merit in this petition.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
