This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.105 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent-Police.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondentPolice, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.105 of 2021 is over and charge-sheet has already been filed before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.SR.No.4345 of 2024.

3. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to take all his defence before the trial Court during trial.
