Today, when this application was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to move the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board seeking appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement in the application to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
