ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records in Spl.C.C.No.6 of 2020 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Krishnagiri and to quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that already trial has commenced in Spl.C.C.No.6 of 2020 and that the prosecution had also examined the complainant as PW1.

3.In view of the above, the present petition seeking to quash the entire proceedings, cannot be entertained. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
