Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents 1 & 2 herein pertaining to Impugned Patta No.Na.N1.TH1 Petition No.1617/2012 dated NIL issued in favour of the 3rd respondent and to quash the same with a direction to transfer the earlier patta issued in the name of Late Mrs.Arputha Mary in respect of the said property in favour of the petitioners herein. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submitted that since patta has been issued in favour of the petitioners by the first respondent, he is not pressing the prayer made in the writ petition. Recording his statement, since the patta has been issued in favour of the petitioners by the first respondent, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, W.M.P.No.2 of 2015 is also closed. No costs.
