i) Partition of the suit properties into 4 equal parts and allot one such share to the Plaintiff;
ii) To appoint an Advocate Commissioner for actual division of the suit properties and put the Plaintiff in possession of her 1/4th share; iii) Restraining the 1st Defendant, her men and agents from alienating the suit properties;

J U D G M E N T
The parties have filed a memo of compromise dated 20.10.2017. The same had been signed by both the parties, and evidencing a compromise between them for division of the properties. As per the said memorandum of compromise, Red Colour washed Portions in ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors are allotted to the plaintiff. The terms of the memorandum of compromise entered into between the parties, are recorded. There will be a final decree in terms of the said compromise.
