This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.12.2017 made by the petitioner.

2. Mrs.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both sides, the main writ petition has been taken up for final disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the petitioner's post as Jewel Appraiser was not approved in the year 1995, there were audit objections in the second respondent Society with regard to the salaries disbursed to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner had made a representation dated 23.12.2017, seeking for redressal.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an apprehension that the salary might be withheld and therefore, sought for an urgent order to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation.

5. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
