ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's son namely M.Periyasamy before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Petitioner is the mother of the detenu and the detenu is stated to be missing after attending the VAO examination. 3.From the first information report registered in Crime No.581 of 2016, it appears that the detenu is missing for more than three years. Therefore, we are not inclined to keep this habeas corpus petition pending. However, the investigation shall go on and as and when the detenu is secured, he should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the abovesaid observation, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
