Respondent Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2014, seeking survey of the petitioner's property in Survey No.503/3A, situated at 143, Karunguzhi Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District, admeasuring to an extent of 4.50 ares, within a stipulated time frame.

By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims right, title and possession in respect of the land admeasuring to an extent of 4.50 ares in Survey No.503/3A, situated at 143 Karunguzhi Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District by virtue of a registered Will dated 23.6.1999, (Document No.22/1999 - SRO, Madurantakam), executed by one Karnammal, and the petitioner was also issued with a patta in Patta No.447 and she applied for survey of her property by submitting an application and also paid necessary fees and since she has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Government Advocate, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the application, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 11.11.2014, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
