This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to FIR in Cr. No.64 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2011 was completed and the final report in C.C.No.119 of 2012 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Poonamallee.
