Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st respondent herein to take on file petitioner application dated 16.6.2015 and dispose the same within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Honourable Court. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims that the landed property in S.F.No.155A/ 1B1 and 155A/1B2 as also dwelling house and its adjacent vacant site situated at Valadi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Lalgudi Sub-registration, Ariyalur Registration District, Trichy District are ancestral in nature. There was inter-se dispute among the sharers which resulted in filing of the suit in O.S.No.101 of 2014 by the brother of the petitioner on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Trichy for the relief of partition and separate possession. The suit is also pending. However, the third respondent attempted to alienate the property and also produced a sale deed and it is yet to be registered. a representation dated 16.06.2015 before the first respondent praying for cancellation of the pending document no.6061/2015 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Lalgudi executed by the third respondent in favour of the fourth respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.L.P.Balaji Ram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits projected by him in this writ petition, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2015 in accordance with law after putting on notice the third and fourth respondents and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the third and fourth respondents.

5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
