ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that though he had completed graduation (B.A.English), the third respondent has appointed him to the post of Masaichis (Sweeper). Hence, the petitioner made an statutory appeal against the same before the first respondent on 01.09.2016 and 29.11.2017 followed by 28.02.2018 seeking to absorb him in the post of Junior Assistant inasmuch as he is having the required educational qualification, but such appeal of the petitioner is pending without being disposed of. Hence, he came to file the writ petition to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on such appeal.
2. Mrs.R.Janaki, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submits that the first respondent shall have no objection to dispose of the same within the stipulated period, if the same is pending yet.
3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made, this Court dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the first respondent to dispose of the so called appeal of the petitioner, if the same is pending, and intimate the decision thereof to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if there is no other legal impediment in such disposal. However, it is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on merits of such appeal of the petitioner in any manner. No costs.
