Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the Respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1263 of 2022 by order dated 21.01.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No. 1263 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
