This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, except due process of law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner, who was called to attend the enquiry, has failed to participate in the enquiry. The complaint has been received by the police alleging that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant under the guise of selling the plot at Pallikaranai. Since the petitioner failed to co-operate with the investigation, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.
