ORDER

(These cases have been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 307, 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1255 of 2020, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused, asaulted the defacto complainant with knife and caused injury on the head and hand. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner, due to privious enmity, attacked the defacto complainant with knife and caused injury on the head and hand. He would further submit that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are 12 previous cases pending against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
