The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the effect that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Divisional Authority under Section 153 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, regarding the inclusion of the name of the petitioner, as per her original seniority, in the panel for promotion in the post of Assistant Manager Promotion Panel list in the Central Co-operative Bank, Thiruvannamalai, Thiruvannamalai District. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, giving liberty as prayed for. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
