No.71 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN, J This application has been filed to allow the applicant/defendant to conduct cross-examination of the Expert Commissioner as well as the other assistant experts and External Cyber Forensic experts, along with the Expert Commissioner, who have assisted the Expert Commissioner to prepare the report dated 12.02.2024.

2. Heard Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Karthik Sundaram, learned counsel for the applicant/defendant and Mr.M.S.Bharath, learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that Dr.G.S.Mahalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai was appointed as an Expert for examination of the Page No.1/4

Source Code etc. As per the direction of this Court dated 02.02.2023, the Expert Commissioner submitted her report on 12.02.2024. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the defendant has filed their objections. Now, they have come forward with the present application to conduct cross examination of the Expert commissioner.

4.Considering the nature of the case and the submissions made, this application is disposed of and Dr.G.S.Mahalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai, is directed to appear before the learned Additional Master - IV on 24.06.2024 at 02.15 p.m for cross examination.

5. Both the parties are directed to extend their fullest co-operation to complete the cross examination as early as possible.

6. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned Additional Master - IV and issue witness summons to the Page No.2/4

Expert Commissioner viz., Dr.G.S.Mahalakshmi, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai well in advance.
