PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent to investigate the complaint and to file a final report in F.I.R No.3/AC/2021 dated 2.2.2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the complaint given by the defacto-complainant and also to file a final report in F.I.R No.3/AC/2021 dated 2.2.2021.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would contend that it is a drag case and the draft final report is also ready and the same has been sent for an approval of the higher authorities on 30.03.2022. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is inclined to grant three months time from today to file the final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
