ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute while a suit is pending in O.S.No.123/2017 before the District Munsif Court at Tindivanam and consequently direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of interfering with the civil dispute.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, submitted that Mr.Poongavanam, Sub-Inspector of Police of Land Grabbing Wing of Villupuram District, has stated that the third respondent will not interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 in any manner whatsoever. The said Poongavanam, Sub-Inspector of Police of Land Grabbing Wing of Villupuram is present before this Court.

3.The undertaking given by the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the third respondent is recorded. It is made clear that the third respondent shall not interfere with the subject matter of the civil dispute in the suit in O.S.No.123 of 2015 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tindivanam. The third respondent also shall not harass the petitioner by way of interfering in the civil dispute between the private parties. This observation shall not stand in the way of the third respondent taking appropriate action in the event of any law and order problem arise between the parties. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
