This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondents to select the petitioner (Roll No.8201002286) for the post of constable in BSF by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2026"

2. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel would fairly submit that since there is a mismatch in the biometric, the petitioner's case was withheld and that he would be considered, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Recording the submission of the learned Central Government Standing Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
