Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader, placing a proceeding dated 19.11.2018 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengalpattu, submitted that the direction issued by this Court dated 28.04.2018 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P. No.11385 of 2018 granting four weeks time to the
Tahsildar, Thiruporur, Kancheepuram District to submit a report and then further directing the Sub Collector, Chennai to pass appropriate order based on the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2018 has been duly complied with. Now the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chengalpattu, who is the competent authority, on perusal of the report of the Tahsildar, has directed the Tahsildar, Thiruporur to pass appropriate orders, after hearing all the parties and consider the claims made by them. 2.In view of the above submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
