Respondents PRAYER:

Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in respect to the proceedings No.23476/B1/2014 dated 26.5.2014 and charge memo No.23476/B1/2014 dated 22.5.2014, quash the same and consequently permit the petitioner to retire from service on her superannuation on 31.5.2014 with full retirement benefits.
