These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 3242 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent, namely Ayothiraman, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent and, (iii) to bring on record the respondents 8 to 11 herein, as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent, namely Ayothiraman, and rank them as further respondents in S.A. No.583 of 2024, respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
