This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to permit the petitioner/mother of the victim to assist the prosecution in the above Crl.A.No.903 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the offence involved in this case is under POCSO Act and hence the victim has got every right to assist the prosecution. Once the complaint is given by the victim against the accused, the State will take care of it. However, the victim has every right to assist the prosecution.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
