This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in PRC.No.8/2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mayiladuthurai culminating from the FIR dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
31.07.2012 in Cr.No.1096/2012 along with the charge sheet and quash the same.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for first respondent submitted that the charge sheet, which is sought to be quashed has been tried in S.C.No.109/2014 on the file of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai and ended in acquittal on 15.03.2016.
Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate, the petition stand closed.
