By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal

at the admission stage itself.

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation dated 24.11.2025 with regard to issue full and final settlement receipt in discharging the mortgage deed in registered as document No.854/2009 dated 30.07.2009 on the file of the SRO, Barur.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has obtained a loan from the third respondent Society by depositing mortgage deed on 30.07.2009 on the file of the SRO, Barur, however, no action is taken for registration of receipt cancelling the mortgage deed by the third respondent. In this regard, petitioner has submitted a representation on 24.11.2025 which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
