O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.9046 of 2020 in Crime No.2117 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition in first part of the order i.e., to deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) directly to the Tamil Nadu Advocate Clerks Association, Madras High Court, Chennai however, he is unable execute the bond before the respondent police. Since, there is now non co-operation on the side of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this petition is ordered and time is extended for further period of four weeks to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
